Garage Addition, Windows, Siding & Roof

When we began this project several of our friends advised us to be sure and find a reputable general contractor. Many of them shared horror stories of remodeling projects gone bad. They emphasized the importance of finding someone who could be trusted and had references from other clients.

We had 4 other estimates given before we asked Jay to submit an estimate. He spent an incredible amount of time with us determining our needs and wants in order to be specific in his estimate as well as familiarize us with what the project would entail. Jay’s estimate was the most reasonable we received even though 2 other estimates were from companies that “specialized” in our project.

We were so impressed with the professionalism, skill and courtesy of all the people involved in completing the project. Jay kept us informed of schedules and people showed up when they were suppose to! The entire project was completed more quickly than we thought it could be. Jay seemed to almost always be on sight to oversee the project and to approve all completed work. He kept in close communication and was always accessible to us. He is so personable and takes such a personal interest in the project.

We are thrilled with the overall results. Our new windows are beautiful and efficient, our door and covered entryway look great and our garage is wonderful.

Next time we have any remodeling project, Jay will be the first person we call.
