Remodeled basement into second family/large screen TV room.   Rebuilt stairs, installed cabinetry, lighting, windows, trim, staining and  painting.   Also performed various other projects within house: lighting, timers, replaced countertops, replaced faucets.

Beautifully. Jay provided various designs which were easy to understand and modify based upon budget and use considerations. His team of workers were polite, thorough and professional. Much of the work was completed while we were on vacation and we completely trusted Jay and his team to our house as well as the correct execution of our project in our absence. There were no periods of significant downtime due to delays in materials, etc. There was complete clean up daily and no disruption to our family use of the areas. It was a great experience and we are enjoying our renovation! We would consider and recommend Jay for any future projects.
